But, they will have the shelter ready for special needs people on Sunday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Everyone else can go on Monday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"We encourage people to leave, I mean if your house cannot withstand a storm or you're in a flood prone area, then it's best for you to leave and evacuate somewhere to the west or north," urged Cameron County Judge Gilberto Hinojosa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hinojosa says they will set up shelters locally. But, will not disclose the locations until 24 hours before the potential hurricane hits.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The county has 18,000 sandbags filled and expects to have another 22,000 ready to go by Monday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They will soon let residents know when and where they will disperse the sandbags and how many each household will be allowed to receive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also of note: Air Jamacia has cancelled its full flight schedule for today. After yesterday, when she dropped from a cat 4 to a cat 2, then back up to a cat 4, she now has winds of 145 MPH. I personally think that a cat 5 is within the realm of possibility. Also, since 8 a.m., the pressure has dropped 15 MB!
